We had an amazing experience at the dentist today! From the warm welcome by Sarah and Jamiah at the front desk to the exceptional care provided by the Kenice and Dr. Spurthi for my 8-year-old daughter’s two fillings. She’s never been able to sit through a filling before—not even with light sedation at a pediatric dentist—yet today she was completely comfortable and even enjoyed watching a show during the appointment. Plus, she got to pick a toy from the treasure box afterward! I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking excellent care for their child.

My experience is always a pleasure to have work done at Complete Dental, the process from begining to end, is always efficient, professional, and is a very friendly environment. I would recommend and refer people to go there for all of your dental needs. Also the technology that they use is very new and top tier.. lastly the employees that works at the front desk, are very kind and nice. Great place to go

A bad day with tooth pain ended much better than I could have hoped for. I went as an emergency new patient. The front office staff was super nice and efficient. They had me into the exam room almost immediately. Dr Spurthi and her assistant Veronica could not have been more supportive and calming. The care and personal attention I was given made me feel relaxed and not anxious. Dr Spurthi’s exuberant personality made me feel we had known each other for a long time. My wife and I recently went here for a routine exam/cleaning as our previous dentist was no longer participating with our insurance plan. I had read past reviews on Complete Dental Care of Richmond about patients being charged for unnecessary and/or insurance non-covered services but thought that was in the past. I was wrong. Issues we had: Services recommended and performed which our insurance only allowed for children <13 years of age Services performed that were not covered or part of our insurance plan Significantly different prices charged to my wife and me for the same service like x-rays. Same insurance procedure code. Services performed that did not adhere to frequency requirements of our insurance. No attempt to obtain records from our previous dentist even though that information was requested and provided as part of the initial new patient forms. We have never paid out-of-pocket for any routine exam services with previous in-network dentists. Those dentists knew our insurance plan, what was allowed, and the frequency of when things could be done like x-rays. Complete Dental Care of Richmond had access to our past dental services and our insurance plan informatio
